How long will my order take to ship?

I try to get orders out as fast as possible and therefore they are usually shipped within 3 days! However, after a shop update or if I am out of town shipping could take up to 6 business days. I package all orders myself so rest assured I will get it to you as quickly as I can.


How long will it take to get to me?

Once I drop the packages off at USPS it is out of my hands. Some could arrive very quickly and others could take a few weeks. Sometimes packages get sent to the wrong state and take extra time. Please be patient during this time!


Cancellation & Exchange Policy?

I don’t mind canceling an order if it hasn’t be packaged yet. If it has been packaged it will still be shipped and I cannot cancel it.

I don’t offer exchanges unless you want to pay shipping to get it back to me and then for the new item to get to you.


Refund Policy?

-I will only offer a 50% refund if a package has not arrived after 1 month in the US, and 3 months internationally. If tracking is still active then I will not offer a refund at that time as it is still moving through the system.

-If the package is marked as ‘delivered’ I will not offer a refund.


I got the wrong item, help?

I am a human and I make mistakes, especially with some of my items being so similar. If I sent you the wrong item and I can correct it, I will send it free of charge.  Please email me from the contact page with your order #.


Can you combine my orders or can I add to it?

No, I no longer combine orders and have no way to easily add to orders, I am sorry.
